I too have PCOS and find that I want sex after working out personally. At least more than I used to.0

I am no expert, but if testosterone is the hormone that is responsible for sex drive, it would be logical to try and increase testosterone naturally. I have read that doing squats can help to raise testosterone levels in the body. Ladies should do more squats because 1) it can help to boost testosterone/sex-drive and 2) guys like myself like round firm butts.0
