    Wow what an inspiration your amazing i have that plus another to loose have came back today and seeing photos like this and your story is brilliant inspiring!!! I have 3 kiddies and gained a lot with pregnancy and just being mummy at one stage I just thought this is how it is but I knew deep down its not well done to you ;-)

    Thanks everyone :) yes it's a 20kg loss. But I've gained a lot of muscle back so that's probably why it looks deceiving
