Help with Calories

Okay y'all so I'm starting my fitness journey AGAIN! I have reset my profile as far as what I weigh now, but MFP set my calories to 1200. Do I need to stay at that? I've seen so many things with TDEE and BMR, but I don't understand the formulas or how many calories I should be eating to lose weight. I weigh 211.4lbs. I'm 5'3" and have a sedentary lifestyle (I'm a bank teller), so can y'all let me know if 1200 is what I need to stick to, and if not what should I be eating? I plan on working out 2-3 times a week as well.

IF you are going to stick with the 1200 be sure to eat back your exercise calories also since that is a very low amount.0
