I never ate much salt that I new of. The last few days I have been having a bag of butter popcorn for after dinner snack. I can taste the salt after brushing and the next morning. I stay under calorie goals, but will having the extra sodium effect my weigh ins?

Possibly. Having more salt in your body causes you to retain extra water in order to fix your osmotic balance. Dring a little extra water to help flush it out and have patience. It will come back off.0

I believe it does!!!! I actually added it to my daily count to show me the totals, but I can't see it on my iPhone app so I have to log onto the desktop
I have seen a big difference when I go over my sodium for a few days.
