Greetings from Oxnard, CA Newbie!

My name is Cindy....I am ready to get started on bringing down my weight. I am 45yrs old and at my highest weight (215 lbs) since I had my son 25 years ago. My doctor recommended MFP to help me with counting calories I am super green to this system since I've never counted calories before. I do not cook and eat out most of the time.

My job is sedentary and weekends are usually filled with RV'ing and out listening to blues and dancing. I try to hit the gym 3 times a week using the treadmill and bike.

I am open to any suggestions, tips and overall help on steering me back down to a comfortable weight.
