Your liver will do the trick just fine
Be sure to get an adequate amount of fiber through fresh fruits and veggies in combination with lots of water if you're having an "off" day and think you may need a jump start
juicing "cleanses" will also help - just juice your own fresh fruits and veggies - but treat them as more of a nutrient boost, and not entire meal replacements0 -
There is no "jump starting," and "cleanses" are another quick fix that does nothing. Eat a balanced diet, make sure you do get sufficient fiber, and get some exercise. Do that regularly, as in every day.0

I have one that is very effective AND cost effective since it's free. It's called "Your liver and kidneys".
If those aren't working, then you need to see a doctor pronto. That will be expensive if those "cleanses" stop working.
(Seriously, "cleanses" and "detoxes" are a complete bunch of horse droppings. I REALLY wish this fad would die already, AND that people would actually do their research on how their body works instead of assuming that their body is secretly killing them by holding "toxic" things in re-serve just to spite them and undermine their health and that the only way to make these magical toxins go away is an equally magical shake or magical properties of fruit/veggies in juice form. It. Doesn't. Work. That. Way. /rant )0 -
I hear that the water in Mexico does this for you.0

if you want a good cleanse smoke a cig and drink some coffee first thing in AM...that will clean you right out...0

Yep the human body is an amazing thing.... Your Liver and Kidneys do a really good job and you don't really have to even try... They can handle pretty much anything..... Best of Luck0

I prefer Pine Sol. It does a pretty good job removing dirt from the shower floor and it's great for removing grease off the vent hood in the kitchen.
A small bottle of it lasts a good while if you dilute it properly.
But for cleaning out the drains, good old-fashioned baking soda poured straight in followed up quickly by a cup of vinegar works like magic.0 -

If she'd name which toxin, maybe we could make a better recommendation of how to cleanse it.0 -

I recently completed a mercury "cleanse" myself having tested high in it at the beginning of the year. I did it by stopping eating tuna, swordfish, and other top-of-the-food-chain fishes 5-6 days per week and switched to lower mercury fish like salmon. After a few months, tested slightly lower and a few months later, was back in the normal range.0 -
