This year I have completed my third 10 km fun run. Completed two Tough Mudder events. Did a tandem Sky dive in out back Australia. Quite my full time job. Started study to become a Personal Trainer. I have a one year old grandson and will be turning 50 in December this year.
I am super nan,
I will not grow old gracefully but with strengh, determination and
take on any challenge in front of me

So much this! That's EXACTLY how I felt when I saw the picture in my ticker that my best friend took of me. I have very few pics that show my muscles, but the few are SO amazing.
