Calories in Eggs

I noticed that in MFP two large eggs scrambled with milk is approx. 213 calories. And yet when I look at the carton of eggs it says one large egg has 70 calories and 1oz/2 tbsp of 2% milk at about 15 = 165...why the difference? What am I missing? BTW...it is microwaved so no butter or oil added.

maybe MFP assumes u use more milk in ur scrambled eggs? id log is seperate if you are only using 1oz... ?0

I log everything separately unless I create my own recipe. I use water instead of milk in my eggs though.0

I never log recipes if I can help it because there's no way of actually finding out the ingredients/weights of what's in it.0
