Move it and Lose it!

I started a group on Face for us who are on MFP. I love MFP and want to extend that fun to Facebook.
We can do weekly challenges or monthly ones, games and all that fun stuff.

This is a private group so I'm only approving serious members.

    I've just joined MFP, I'm on FB most days, so I'd like to be on the MFP FB page if thats ok?

    I lost four stone and got to goal in Jan 2008, but life kinda got in the way and I've gained it all back again!!

    I really could do with some support to get back to goal ... I love to chat, and return any support offered to me.

    I am a fan of MFP's page on Facebook.
    I also spend most of my day on FB anyway :) (don't tell my boss :)
    I would love to be invited to the group.

    lol...by serious I mean for those of us on here. I kept it private to keep out the spam and the kids. Most groups you can hit "Join" and your in. I didn't want all the spam on there.
