    Thank you for sharing your story. This gives me great motivation. I'm 5 lbs away from losing 100. I can't wait! I don't care how long it takes, I WILL get there. Awesome job!!! This is a gigantic accomplishment.

    That is terrific! I realize it is such a long, hard process to lose the weight that has taken years to put on. I too have blinders as to how I look, and I absolutely hate getting pictures of me taken! I am inspired by your story...eating right and exercising is the key. I have friends who have jumped on the liquid type diets, and they have lost weight very quickly. But I keep telling myself that I need to do this on my own without a quick fix...to have a healthier lifestyle and really to be proud that I did it. So thank you for your story and congratulations!!!!

    Way to go! So awesome!! I too have a 5'0" 99lbs mother in law- getting pics near her made me cringe. Keep it up but hey, if you land a little short of your goal so what? You look great :drinker:

    I am about 5 pounds away from halfway...to losing a total of 125 pounds. I am happy for you that you started early-because post-menopausal weight loss is a *****! Weight is coming off....but very slowly. Congratulations on your accomplishment-and you look GREAT!!
