Hi Everyone,

My name is Azmin. I want to lose 30 pounds permanently in 2008. I need your guidance, support and encouragement to do this. I've been trying for 3 years and I keep on failing... over and over again. This year I am determine to get rid all 30 pounds of fat everything and gain more energy and stamina and get to wear whatever I feel like wearing!
