Time for October goals....

1. To start and finish 30DS
2. Jog 3x week
3. Lose at least 5lbs
4. Continue logging everyday

    Start weight lifting routine.
    Buy tai chi video and start doing it.
    Do more sun salutations in the morning.

    Eta: almost forgot, meditate every day.

    Restart Insanity on Monday, run around res at the back of my house twice weekly

    4 - To just feel stronger and fitter and lighter :)

    - I just ordered Muay Thai DVD. I want to continue improving my technique, in addition to what we practice in class
    - Continue building muscles. The jiggles have to stop!
    - Maintain and hold the dress size. I don't care much about the number on the scale, as long as I fit comfortably into my size 0 pants
    - Have at least one cardo activity every day
  • 1. Work out 5-6 times a week
    2. Lose 8 pounds
    3. Continue my "Eat. Pray. Walk." journey (that's what I call walking during my lunch break lol)
    4. Finish my 10 minute solutions 30 Day Xpress workouts

    -Complete Brazilian Butt Lift
    -Increase workout intensity and frequency (5-6x per wk)
    -work on pushups, pullups and squats
    -Lose something, ANYTHING!!!
    -Hopefully get out of 180s FINALLY :grumble:

    I want to lose 6 more lbs. this coming month. Keep exercising despite the cold crummy weather! Add more steps every where! :yawn:

    1. Complete 10K Trainer
    2. Finish Stage 1 of NROL4W
    3. Shed these last few pounds to my "goal" weight - 125
    4. RUN the course of the Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk - over 2 bridges approx. 3 miles in honor of being a 3 yr survivor

    1. Just started training with some weights, hope to build up in that. Loving it so far!
    2. Lose some weight..Happy as long as the number goes down, doesnt matter how much
    3. Be active.
    4. Survive another vacation without gaining a lot of weight LOL
