    Start weight lifting routine.
    Buy tai chi video and start doing it.
    Do more sun salutations in the morning.

    - I just ordered Muay Thai DVD. I want to continue improving my technique, in addition to what we practice in class
    - Continue building muscles. The jiggles have to stop!
    - Maintain and hold the dress size. I don't care much about the number on the scale, as long as I fit comfortably into my size 0 pants
    - Have at least one cardo activity every day

    -Increase workout intensity and frequency (5-6x per wk)
    -work on pushups, pullups and squats
    -Lose something, ANYTHING!!!
