you've got lovely arms  so how did you go about getting that toned belly?

Haha, oh my belly is anything BUT toned. It's definitely a lot smaller, but not toned, still very squishy. I can feel muscle under the couple of inches of fat that are still there, though, so ONE DAY it WILL be toned.

Your belly HAS GONE! I could live with squishy it mine looked like yours :flowerforyou:

I'm experiencing the exact same thing and I'm the same weight as you, too. I'm losing inches and fat but no pounds. When it starts to drive me crazy I take my measurements and compare them to a few months ago. I have a goal size in mind but no goal weight because it doesn't change very often. I know I will continue to shrink but I cannot predict what the scale will do.

You are looking good! Keep it up!

You all look great. May I ask a technical question. What program do you use to get a before/after shot like the ones you posted and add the cool text to it?

I also like the Myfitness scale that is at the bottom of your posts.

I usually use InstaCollage. But, lately it hasn't been working right on my phone. So I edited the pictures together on my computer and added the text there before sending it to my email so I could post it to my Instagram.

I like your attitude. keeping track of changes in your body fat % could help ensure that you're losing fat and gaining muscle

I know what you mean about the scale. In a certain respect, it really does matter unless we're competition body builders.

You are doing a great job and remember that this is not a race. You have many years ahead of you. It took me one year to lose 12 lbs. Yeah, I'm a turtle but the slower you take it off, the more it'll stick.

Those permanent dietary changes matter over time. We didn't gain this weight in a short period of time and we won't lose it that way either.
