Trying to get fit and lose weight but it's not working

I bought and paid for a one year membership at a ladies only fitness center in July and added on the package that included regular body composition analysis and a nutrition plan as well as a trainer to provide me with a exercise program. This may not have been my smartest move since it's not refundable, but I am really serious about losing weight and getting fit. I wanted help because I haven't been able to make it happen by myself. But It's still not working.

The problem is that since I started my program I've been passed to 4 different' coaches / trainers (two that I never even got to meet). The gym appears to be having staffing issues and it means that I seem to have fallen through the cracks. I have looked at the gym and asked for my last girl but she's not around. I am still working on my same program since July (a circuit of machines, cardio and active rest) plus a 10 minute cardio warm up and 20 minute cardio at the end.) and trying to follow the nutrition plan but it's not working for me.

Here is what I do 3 x per week. I also do 30 minutes of cardio 3 x a week (5km training)
-Warm up on bike or rower for 10 minutes.
-Vertical Bench 3 sets 15 reps 50lbs (started @ 25 but have gradually been adding on my own)
-Wall sit 60 seconds (started at 45 sec)
-Leg Curl 3 sets 15 reps 90lbs (started @ 70)
-Step Ups 60 seconds
-Vertical Row 3 sets 15 reps 50lbs (started @ 35)
-Lunges
-Leg Extension 3 sets 15 reps 90lbs (started @ 70)
-Rowing 60 Seconds all out
-Lat Pull Down 3 sets 15 reps 90lbs (started @ 70)
-Crunches
-Bicep Curl 3 sets 15 reps 35lbs (started @ 25)
-Bench Step Overs 60 seconds
-Triceps Press Down 3 sets 15 reps 50lbs (started @ 30)
-Finish with 20 minutes elliptical, bike or rowing

It looks like I'm progressing -I mean I'm definitely stronger, but I am not losing weight.
My meal plan is basically 370 cal divided 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat... I stopped using the plan and try to just follow calorie requirements as they couldn't (or wouldn't) work with me on vegetarian options and I think the subs she said to do were throwing the whole thing off.

Can anybody help me figure out what to do since I'm stuck at this gym with no actual help? (I've been emailing and calling but they're slow to respond)

Don't count on exercise for weight loss. You'll need to revisit your calorie intake if what you're doing isn't working.

What is your starting and goal weight?

It might be useful to start measuring yourself (waist, hips, chest, thighs etc.) and see if you are losing inches if not weight. Otherwise if you are are sure you are tracking accurately and sticking to a calorie deficit, just keep at it, you will see results in time!

Also it might be worth speaking to a manager at your gym - you may have signed up to a 'non refundable' plan but it sounds like they aren't providing their end of the contract in terms of a) being available and b) providing you with a usable nutrition plan!
