Can anyone tell me if coconut fat is really healthy, can anyone tell me if and any positive benefits from using this?

Skimmed through this article but is gives some basic knowledge.

I prefer coconut oil while cooking because I think it taste better. But, there were a lot of articles out there with different theories about coconut oil. So, just look around online. :-)

Unless someone else knows benefits about coconut oil other than it being good for your skin and giving you good cholesterol, let us know! I'm curious as well!!

It's a fat, not magic. Like any other, it has benefits and drawbacks that may or may not be useful for your particular circumstance.

Personally, I think it's disgusting, and much prefer butter and olive oil.

if I remember correctly, pure, unrefined coconut oil has that coconut smell and taste. If yours has no taste, maybe it is refined oil?
