Clean eating Ramen Big Mac
It's clean since it's homemade
1) Quickly boil and cool ramen (I used fresh alkaline noodles)
2) Add some egg whites and potato starch as a binder and mix with the cooled noodles
3) Use a cookie cutter or ring mold to form ramen buns
4) Fry ramen buns with some peanut oil
5) Make 2 burgers your preferred way
6) Top with homemade cheese slices/sauce and other toppings
7) Dig in
Ramen Big Mac - with cheddar beer slices, kimchi puree and sriracha mayo

I am going to HAVE to try this!!0

How does it taste? I know there is a certain degree of epicness involved in such a creation, but I am thinking a bread bun is still better than the ramen bun.0

I would choose a legit bun as well, although the crunch of the fried outside of the ramen buns combined with the softness of the inside is pretty tasty0 -
*LMFAO* I love you0

Anything I want to eat I consider clean, based off the paleo approved notion. Want to eat it and it's not paleo, just say it's paleo approved0 -

Yeah, unless I do smashed burgers, a sous vide burger then quickly fried for a crust is preferred0 -
