PINK Method

Has anyone tried the PINK method program? I bought the program awhile ago and quit after the first week ( Idid lose 7 pounds that week). Then I broke my foot and had to move twice! I have decided to give it another go, since the last 2 months I have been trying general diet and exercise and seem to be losing and gaining the same 3 pounds! I guess I need to step it up a notch! If there's any fellow Pinkers out there that could offer advice/ support, I'd love a few new friends!

    Hi There,
    I tried PINK method last year but didn't finish. I had never exercised before so I found it too challenging. The beginning of this year I tried JM Body Revolution which I found more suitable to a newbie dvd user. I will eventually go back and try it again now that I am not so intimidated by working out and see how it goes. You can friend me if you'd like. Also doing the 30DS and kettlebells which are my favorite!

    Haha, I tried 30DS and almost died, so I guess I'm in trouble :) I'm hoping the last 2 months of Elliptical training will help, I'll keep that other DVD in mind tho, and I will add you as a friend!Thanks!
  • Hi there, I am new to "myfitnesspal" and was looking up PINK method. I purchased this in January 2012 after seeing it on Dr. Phil. It was the best investment ever. I lost 50 lbs by the end of the program!! I saw it through and didn't allow myself to cheat. I was dedicated to it and made the commitment (anything worth doing is worth doing well). I was so pleased with the results and am now back into my "skinny clothes".
    After I completed the program I slowly slipped back into my old habits (not exercising and poor food choices - but not all the time) I gained about 15 lbs back and decided enough was enough, I pulled out the PINK manual and DVD's and started again!
    This time I am not as regimented in my diet as before (and am noticing it), but I have till lost 12 lbs. The workouts are very intense, but that is why it works. I have reshaped my body again and am loving it.
    Give it a try and commit to it for the duration...you will be happy with the results!
