My new favorite meal if a buffalo chicken wrap. My hubby grilled a whole bunch of chicken for me.
La Tortilla Factory Whole Wheat Tortilla
4 oz Grilled Chicken Breast
1Tbs Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce
1/3 C shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 C Cole slaw mix
2Tbs Fat free ranch
Just throw everything except ranch in the tortilla and role it up. I dip the wrap in the ranch. Use can use any kind of lettuce, I just like cole slaw mix.

I can't remember the nutrittional info off the top of my head, but cook some chicken breast and serve it with some cooked onion and some feta over the top of it. Add some green veggies and you've got a healthy, yummy meal that's quick and very easy.
Another idea is an omlette - a couple of eggs whisked with tuna and some salsa, cook that on the stove then before you put it under the grill add things like tomato, spinach, broccoli, cheese, etc.
Also, how about having a protein shake or smoothie? And nuts are high in calories but healthy and easy.0 -
You must eat 4-5 times a day. It's more important then working out. If you don't your body goes into starvation mode. That is probably why you are gaining weight. Have you tried measuring yourself? You may have gained that much muscle...? Here are a few ideas that might help you.
Planters Go packs contain 300 calories and keep you burning fat calories with 9g of protein.
South Beach living bars are great on the go
Protein shakes are a great way to get all your calories and vitamins without feeling too full.

Or if nuts are too bland on their own, mix just a little dried fruit through them (cranberries, raisins, banana chips) - just don't add to much as they will add a of carbs.
