I woke up at 5:15 this am, and instead of rolling over and going back to sleep i ran downstairs to look at my gym class schedule and there was a 6am spin class!! so i put on my gear and booked it to the gym!
NEVER IN MY LIFE WOULD I HAVE DONE THIS 6 MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! instead i would have enjoyed my bed, i cannot believe i did this today!!!!!!
I FEEL GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't that a wonderful feeling when you can't wait to get that exercise high? I know on Thursday mornings I will wake up at 5 a.m. for a 6 a.m. Zumba class no matter what but other days that I have to wake up at 6:30 a.m. just to go to work I usually hit snooze, haha :blushing: . I love love love the new lifestyle change I have made :bigsmile:0

I've been getting up at 5 AM for almost a year now to do my exercising. Now I'm doing the P90X program & at it at 5:30 AM before I have to go to work. :noway:0
