People with 100 lbs to lose, fat to fit...

This isn't my first time joining MFP. Well, it's not my second, third, forth.. maybe fifth...? And I would like to say that this time is the first time that I feel like i'm going to accomplish my goals, but I felt like that every time. I don't know if this time will be the right time. I'm going to take it day by day. The only thing different about this time is the type of goal. I'm not trying to lose weight for Christmas, my birthday, or to fit into a piece of clothing. A couple of weeks ago my Fiance signed us up for the 2014 Spartan Sprint. We have a team of 4. Three people I do not want to let down by being so out of shape that I quit before it even starts, or while i'm in the race. I don't want to let myself down either. I want to finally accomplish a goal I set when it comes to my health and fitness. I have less then 39 weeks to train. I know to most people that seems like a long time, but when i have been fighting myself for so many years.. it almost feels like its only tomorrow not 39 weeks away.
I started at 240 lbs, joined MFP at 230 lbs. I hope to get around 140 lbs.
Need some MFP support from people who have similar goals.
A no bull**** type of support

I know how you feel - I'm the same in terms of the number of times i've come back to MFP. I always seem to start out dedicated but lose motivation easily and now I've decided to take it day by day too! It's good that you have something to motivate you. I'm wanting to lose around 100 lbs and would be grateful of any support so feel free to add me if you want to and maybe we can motivate each other.
