Starting golf again, and my balls are all 6+ years old. Besides pro model refurbs, x outs, and practice balls, are there any good urethane cover balls in the 20-30 range for a dozen (that would make good purchases when they're on sale for 20 or less).

    Buy some top flites from Wal-Mart and call it a day. The balls are overrated other than feel. Good balls feel better....and around the short stuff you will notice a lot more action if their wound but other than that.......

    I use titleist prov1, but they are closer to $40 a dozen so I don't know how helpful that is... I'd probably buy the Bridgestone e6 if I were looking between $20-30.

    my driver SS is about 105, so I use high kick point stiff shafts with stiff tips for my woods and stiff steel shafts on my irons.

    3* upright on my irons.
