    great video . I feel for him, I never experienced the depression that he went thru. I did know what shame was, and yeah, even embarrasment, but I could shake those feelings.........

    depression and being over weight can be lethal..........I truly admire this guy and really enjoyed seeing him smiling with his dad and brother. People like them make it possible for others, like us, to use as an example.........Great video, thanks for posting ...Lloyd
