I started working out a few months ago with a personal trainer and was pleasantly surprised to see that I am able to sit up straight now without feeling like it's hard to do. My posture has improved a lot and I'm happy about it

I sadly never sit with correct posture but I'm trying now after reading this and uhhh... it's uncomfortable.. Lol.0 -

Unfortunately I have very bad posture and suffer from chronic back pain from it. I have been on a mission to strength my core muscles. Its been 3 weeks and Its maybe helped slightly....but I will obviously give it a lot longer. I even have to go physio on Monday...scared.com.
I am glad your posture has changed, because it gives me some hope that maybe it will help me in the long run!!0 -
I've been doing a hard yoga routine that seems to have strengthened my posture muscles quite a bit. When I do slouch I notice it now.0

Good to know this ive been considering learning how to get into yoga...anything to help with my posture is a def plus0

I might give yoga anouther go. Being so inflexible always puts me off0
