Maybe you need to try on more styles of jeans? There are lots of different cuts and styles out there, you can probably find ones that would fit better.

    Gosh! That sounds like ME!!
I don't wear jeans while I'm heavy because the pants are always SO big in the legs, but SO tight on my stomach. If I choose a size that fits my waist, then it looks like my legs are in tents! I haven't worn jeans in about 4-5 years because of that. I hurt with ya!
  • I'm having the same problem! I'm a size 16 and they are baggy everywhere but my belly & I don't think I could squeeze my belly in a smaller size just yet. It's a total pain.

Same problem here - it's very frustrating - I'm having to buy a size bigger than I really need, just cos of the roll round the middle! I'm starting to think lipo is the only answer, they can do it with local anaesthetic these days.

Yes, it's all about finding the right fit! Try on different styles and fits of jeans (low rise, mid rise, etc) . And I read that you should try on a couple pairs of the SAME style and SAME size because if they've been tried on a bunch of times by other people, they will stretch out. I just dropped from 14 to 12's but I have to shop for some new jeans because all the 12's that I have are really low rise and give me a muffin top. So, I have to find some that will go up a little higher. All my 14's are sagging off of me.

I've tried on soo many styles and really these are the only ones that fit at all. the others I've tried are either too big or too small , I know I COULD get them tailored but Im a stay at home mom and dont really see the point of wasting money on that until IM at my goal weight ya know?

Stretch jeans will probably work best for you.

I have the same exact problem. Try silver's (they sell at maurices). They are the only jeans i've come across that fit both my waist and my legs and butt.

I'm the same way too. The Jeans are so horribly big in the legs and so very tight on the belly! I've tried so many different styles and just have given up. I wear jeans to work only. I did find a nice pair of jean-like pants at JC Penny a while back. They have a mid-rise waist but there's the muffin...so I purchased an undergarment that comes up to just under the bra-line and goes just a little ways down my thighs. Makes for a nice "clean" look. I thought at first it would be uncomfortable but it really isn't.

I recommend this brand from Macy's:

http://reviews.macys.com/7129/418636/bandolino-blu-jeans-sadie-slimming-boot-cut-dark-wash-reviews/reviews.htm Bandolino? They are like $40 but they are made to fit curves (which I will ALWAYS have no matter how much weight I lose) First jeans I've had in years that don't flap around in back

Oh my gosh...so glad to know that others have the same problem I do! I have had this problem for a long time! Too loose on the legs, too tight at the waist! UGH, very frustrating!

Not that I want others to suffer with this problem...more like glad to know I'm not alone! :D
