anybody ever used vital wheat gluten as a protein powder?

not tried that. I just put it in bread dough and for making seitan.0

I feel like it would just end up as a sticky mass when you try to mix it with water or other liquid.0

i just did it. it worked out fine. 1/4 cup (23g protein) with almond milk, frozen fruit, greek yogurt and a little water.0
