                    Height : 5”9
Initial Weight: 173.1 kilos (380 pounds)
Current weight: 89.4 kilos (197 pounds)
Goal weight : 75 kilos (165 pounds)
I have posted before but decided to do a update. My story briefly is I have PCOS, over the past 7 years of getting healthy I have had achilles injuries, discoverred I broke my ankle even tho I didnt know it at the time, planter fastisis, I broke my wrist, sprained a vertebrae facet joint. In the last year as well as physical injuries I lost my mum and then also a good friend passed away. The previous 12 months kinda sucked….I didn’t lose weight, I lost some interest in exercise…I gained a few kilos but I am still 180 pounds lighter then I was 7 years ago. I am back on track now and back in the zone.
Now I am not only back on track but loving life again and feel so blessed I am back counting calories and keeping my carbs moderate (that is what works best for me due to my PCOS), I am doing personal training twice a week, 3-4 days a week of group fitness classes (mostly body pump and RPM) and about to start running outdoors once a week with a friend.

Its been a hard slog for me but I don’t regret a second of it. It doesn’t matter how long it takes - as they say “its a marathon not a sprint” and you truly get so much out of the journey as well as the destination….but I hope people can see from my journey even tho there are times you want to quit for what even may seem like valid reasons - don’t. If you have to - fake it till you make it - cos you will eventually get back in the zone. If anyone wants to follow me (I love sharing my story and inspiring others) feel free to send me a friend request
