Rawjuvenate?

Has anyone ever tried the Rawjuvenate program? I got a coupon for the 2 week trial and thought I would give it a whirl starting Monday. I'm not much of a "shake for breakfast" person but its only two weeks so I am open to it!

No sass - just an honesty about gimmicks that only help the wallet of the people who come up with them.

you're probably right - I don't usually go for them either since I am really only trying to lose vanity pounds now and maintain my current wait, so I dont have enormous expectations anyway.

Sure! If the first two weeks are free and you're hitting your macronutrient goals and getting your micronutrients, what the hell, right? Get some solids in there because your digestive tract benefits from functioning as designed.

Your profile mentions that you should lift more. I would really recommend that if you're looking to make a change. Picking up heavy stuff is free. It isn't that there's sass involved, it's a legit response. Just like the other folks that ask about other fads or processes that people ask about here... green coffee extract, ketones, etc.

It is for detoxing, so I think this is really good pre-diet start up.

I started day it today and I have never felt so much energy. You are only replacing one meal. If one day you can't then you could always just replace a snack with it instead of meal. I think there are a lot of gimmicks out there, (SLIMFAST ETC) so I just to stick with All Natural and Organic prgorams and research it before I try it.

It is $120.00 for two weeks, but this is not something you do forever. This is just something to clean your body and get you started on eating better. I gave up fast food, and artificial crap and I am using this to clean my body then I will lead a life of raw, all natural, organic and lean meats etc and of course counting calories and exercising.

If you tried this I would love to hear what you thought.
