Hi there. I'm UK based and just jumping back on the MFP wagon after a brief(ish) hiatus following surgery in July. Would love to have some European friends to give and receive support in return :)

    Hi Just wondering if I count as I am also in the UK, that counts as Europe right?? :huh:

    Had a couple of months break myself (no reason, just got lazy!! :frown: ) and now am determined to get back to my 1200 cals a day and going to the gym at least 3 times a week, as well as taking my son swimming after school. :smile:
