if you do some research online, you will find chocolate mousse made with silken tofu...i had it once and it was amazing!!! very high in protein, low in fat and calories...made with dark chocolate. i'm pretty sure ellie krieger has one...look it up on foodnetwork.0

I did see this one a few times but unfortunately I have no idea what silken tofu is and I have no way of getting hold of any today. Looks like I'd have to order it online

When I make sugar free, fat free jello pudding (from a box), I always stir in some Cool Whip Free and it makes somewhat more like a mousse.0

Go to Kraft I'm sure you can find some recipe's for it there. I go there because there are many options and you can compare the Calorie count that way too.0

That's exactly what I do -- the Jell-o sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding and lite Cool Whip! I think it's a great low-fat, low-cal substitute for the real thing! Just as an FYI --the pistachio flavored pudding mixed with the Cool Whip is yummy too!
