Hi , I 've just installed the new app runkeeper to truck burnt calories ,
did anyone unsed it before , if so , how accurate it is ?

The most accurate way to track calorie burn is with a heart rate monitor. Everything else is just an estimate.0

I use Runkeeper to track my miles. Calorie wise it is close to what MFP estimates if you manually enter. I just use them as a guideline. Like Carson said, HRM is most accurate. Everything else is just an estimate.0
