anyone have any idea on how many calories "extra" whipped cream on a Starbucks Venti Frappachino would be? Standard serving of their whipped cream is 120 calories.

extra whip cream is 10 calories. at that rate why stop at the extra, you should definitely go for the extra extra whip cream.0

The drink in total is around 500 calories, right?0

No I usually get a Hazelnut Light Venti with nonfat milk and whipped.. it's 330 calories for a standard whip but I was trying to figure out how much "extra whipped" would be.0

Probably should just double the whip cream calories. If you don't think it's double, pick what percentage increase you think it is.0

Having worked at Starbucks, in the past, I think the thing to remember, is that the calorie counts on the website are only approximates. The baristas at Starbucks are not weighing and measuring the whipped cream. They are just trying to make your drink look and taste good. I would be willing to bed that the people that work at Starbucks aren't well versed in what "standard whip" means. My point is, I would definitely overestimate the calories.
People often talk about the calories in a McDonalds ice cream cone, without realizing that the people at McDonalds have no idea what 4 oz of ice cream looks like. I would guess that the typical cone has twice the ice cream that it's supposed to, according to the nutritional info on the website... We have to remember that it's humans making the food/drinks - not computers.0 -
When I worked there we didn't have the option of normal or extra whipped cream. 10 calories really isn't a lot of whipped cream.
I would tend to add loads. It made it quite annoying for the customer to drink most likely, but looked amazing and people were at least impressed when they took the mug - possibly the best moment of the job was a French mother with her young daughter (maybe 5 or 6) who was really upset generally - I think about being away from home, everyone speaking weird and the like.
She got an ice-cream like cone of whipped cream on her 'kids hot chocolate' and immediately went from crying to a massive smile on her face.0 -

Teaching you to fish: If you go to their website and go to nutritional information, you can see the effect of adding whipped cream.
Giving you a fish: 70-110 calories.0 -
Am I the only one that thinks whipped cream is a waste of 120 calories?0
