Great Nutrition Tool!

Never seen this before, perhaps it's old news....

Lists the nutritional information on many different restaurants and for some has a neat tool to allow you to build your meal and calculate the total nutrition information.

Wish I could find it as an app.

    That looks fantastic! I'll have to try it out later because we tend to eat out a lot.

    That is a good tool! Also the individual web sites of the fast food restaurants can be a great source of nutrition information. On most you can customize your meal and the nutrition information will be determined. I also have a lot of good information about fast food restaurants and eating both outside and inside the home in my book FAST FOOD VINDICATION.

    Very nice, thank you! I use justdietnow.com. They have a restaurant guide, kinda' similar to this one :)

    Thanks for the link. Too bad Cracker Barrel doesn't list their nutrition.
