Soup with celery, sour cream, potatoes, cream cheese etc.

I was convinced I copied and saved a recipe with the above ingredients, it had to creamed together and it sounded dilicious. Now I have all ingredients, but I cannot find the recipe anymore and I am not such a good cook that I can just throw it together myself.

Anyone who knows the recipe, or could perhaps find where it was posted?

    Is it baked potato.soup(crock pot). ? Did a search, and it sounded right, but don't know how to copy it here.

    I'm not sure about the crock pot.

    These were the ingredients (from the top of my hat and I may forget things)

    6 medium potatoes
    8 C broth (low sodium was optional)
    Fat free Philadelphia cheese
    Organic Sour cream
    Cellery
    Turkey bacon (to crumble on top when done)

    Things have to be cooked until tender I suppose, and then a blender needs to be used to cream the whole batch.

    I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
