Hi all,
So I started this around April this year and all was going well until I went on holiday in July, then I just gave up completely. Now I'm a few pounds heavier and not best pleased!
I've just started my final year of university, so I'm hoping to lose 13lbs by the new year, a big ask but I hope I can make the commitement this time round! I would love it if I had some people helping out, I think that was my flaw last time.
So yeah, if you've done the same, have any tips or wish to add me as a friend, please do! I think I need all the help I can get!

Glad your getting back on the bandwaggon. You've set a reasonable goal for the next three months. My suggestion would be to break it down into smaller weekly or bi-weekly goals. Fitness goals, nutrition goals, pilates, a 30 day shred...... anything to keep you thinking about you overall goal on a daily basis. Welcome back.0

Support everything Nutshel said + writing it down and read it twice a day[AM & PM]! Also sounds like mentally your ready for the journey now, So make a plan and work your plan! This goal is ....90% mental ..and 10% physical! Believe to achieve, you can do this, We Believe....DO YOU??????? Good Luck, remember its a healthy lifestyle change not a quick weight loss plan!
ANOTHER SUGGESTION...fill out your profile and read it everyday...helps mind see the goal then can achieve it!0 -
I know how your feeling. I have fell off of the bandwagon a few times. I did weight watchers and it worked out good expect to remember how many points I had and I didn't see a vast weight change. Just 1/2 lb here and then Id gain it back. You support me and I'll support you. We will be here for each other.0
