Cookies & Cream Cheat Shake

8oz- Skim milk
1- Scoop Vanilla whey protein powder
2-Drops peppermint extract
Handfull of ice
Combine all ingredients and blend at high speed for 45 seconds. Then, add three low-fat chocolate wafers, blend at low speed for ten seconds.
Add up the calories and carbs pre making to see if you need to adjust for your needs and brands you use. Good saturday cheat for me as i get motivated for the coming week. Enjoy.Add as friend so you wont miss on any recipes as they appear onmy feed.
