So, I work as a banquet hall server, on the weekends. Because I work 14hour weekends I really don't time to log my food. I do workout on the days I have work. Lately I've been feeling guilty about that. But then I thought I myself you are working 8-14 hour shifts on your feet carrying heavy trays full of food and dishes. Then running back and forth to serve guests at weddings. So I ask you guys; do you think my job can substitute my workout for the day?
