I need encouragement!

I have been slipping up for a while. I need to get on the right track again. Tonight I am listing most of the foods I am eating tomorrow as well as the exercise. I am going to try to do this for a while to get the ball rolling again in my weight loss.

    You can do it. You know you can. Logging is the place to start so you've made the right decision. Be kind to yourself and take charge of your eating. It's easier if you exercise. Set an exercise goal even if its just walking for 15 minutes. Get started.

    If you don't get started now, in 5 months you will look back to today's date and think "**** if i had started 5 months ago, then id look awesome today but i wasted all those months and i am still fat"

    That's what i think of and it works man.

    get a new workout log or calendar - plan out workouts along with the foods you'll fuel them with. figure out what badass characters youll channel when you hit the gym and be excited that you're about to start an awesome kickass streak!
