Mine used to be in the mid 60s before I got serious about cardio exercise. Now it's between 46 and 56 and I attribute that to better cardiovascular health from cycling, elliptical etc.

Thanks to the beta blocker I have to take due to an abnormally high heart rate(which caused me to have an enlarged heart) at rest I am now around 60-70. Before I started taking my medicine at rest my heart rate was 120 per minute

Mine's 50-ish upon first naturally waking (no alarm) which is "true" RHR.

I'm 44 (well I will be in an hour 'cuz tomorrow's my b-day) and I run and lift heavy.

As low as 44 in bed. I slept with my Polar FT7 on to test. And I'm at 6,300 elevation.
