I have to say I was thinking of giving up on the whole "loosing weight thing". I have grown resentful to once beloved vegetables and fruits, and was seeking solace in chips and other garage foods. Your transformation reminded me of one I have done before, and rejustified my reasons for starting with MFP. Thanks! 0

Wow - you look amazing.....an what an inspiration to me to see what 38 pounds lost looks like because I need to lose a total of 40. I started off at 184.4 and am now at 165. Your before and after pictures inspire me to keep pushing through this...no matter how slow of a process it has been!!0
