I used MFP for a year or better and lost 82 pds. Life got crazy. It took awhile for the head to catch up to the change in the body. I have spent the summer on the beach and now it is time to make sure I maintain during the fall. See I love to eat. I workout to eat. I love to fish hunt cook I have 3 boys. I train bird dogs.
