Total scam. All you need to do is count your calories and get in some cardio (the more you workout the more you can eat.) This free website and some working out is all you need. Save your money and buy yourself a pair of good athletic shoes. I'm sorry to say there is no quick fix to the weight problems we have.
Take advantage of all the great support on this site and you CAN do it! :flowerforyou:0 -
I have probably been on every diet there is. They all have the same thing in common. They all restrict calories and they all cost a lot of money. You can cut calories on your own, and with a free website like MFP, you can keep track of your calories and lose just as much weight as if you PAID for one of those programs. Just cut out (or LIMIT I say) your junk food, watch the calories, protein, fat, etc. totals at the bottom of your food chart and you WILL lose weight. These other diets, WW, Jenny Craig, Nutra System, South Beach, Atkins, etc. limit foods sooooo drastically that we are inevitably going to gain all of our weight back, and then some. It has happened to me, and countless others, every time. It is just as easy to make up your own diet and use a website like this to chart it. I have to say, it also helps me to have an iphone app that syncs everything I enter in my food chart and I take it EVERYWHERE with me. And the support we get in this forum is so valuable. All those other diets don't have support, unless you pay extra either.0

Actually, I wasn't asking for me, as I have already reached my goal and am on maintenence. I was asking because my sister asked ME, and I had never heard of it, or knew anyone who had tried it. I've been trying to get her on MFP, but she's resistant.
Thanks for the replies!0
