6mths and I've lost...my toddler! Pic

Options
Six months in and I've lost the equivalent to what my toddler weighs. Still have 15lbs to go but I'm comfortable with my body now and enjoying the experience. Little bit about me and my journey;
1. 5'3 32yrs old mother to a 19mth old
2. I learned to love running (I've ran 3 5k races and 1 10k)
3. You can't out exercise a bad diet, learn to eat properly and you've won half the battle
4. If it doesn't taste good or feel good, don't waste your time, it won't be sustainable
5. I've conquered my fear of the weight room and I'm now doing SL 5x5

    Oh, I'd be a frantic mess if I lost my toddler. I'll keep a look out and if I see a stray child I will let you know. Great pictures.

    I wish my toddler only weighed what you (or I) have lost. :) Ive lost 27 and will need another month or two to get to what my monster baby weights (33lbs at 22m)

    Great job and keep it up!

    Way to go! What did you do to conquer your fear of the weight room. I'm a little intimidated to get started myself.

    Congrats.

    I love the comment: You can't out exercise a bad diet, learn to eat properly and you've won half the battle
    for some reason it really hit me. Now I need to live it.
