Clearwater/Tampa Bay Area food help!

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help me

I'm off in a couple of weeks on a vacation over to Clearwater beach and will be around that area & Tampa for 10 days. It's been years since I visited the Florida area and I was wondering what kind of healthy options they have or good places to eat. I was in New York last year and astonished at the portions (and they put sides of pasta with literally everything- I'm not sure if that's an actual 'thing'?) so I'm worried about the options basically.

Any help or restaurants known for good food would be appreciated
