Losing baby belly

I just had my beautiful baby girl September 7th. I lost 31 of the 37 pounds I have gained but I still have 63 pounds to reach my goal. I was wondering if anyone knew any exercises that help with that pouch you get after baby. My lower belly is just so loose. I'm ready to be a good inspiration for my daughter and set good eating habits for her for when she gets older. I was always pretty chubby and want better for her. Thanks in advance for any tips or advice you may have for me. And feel free to add me because ill need supportive friends!

You have to just lose fat in general. You can do all the ab exercises you want but you won't be able to see those rock hard abs buried under fat. Some of us never completely lose the pouch, it's kind of luck of the draw on your genetics.0

So crunches don't help at all with the lower belly?0 -
it takes awhile for the body to come back together after having a baby. overall body exercise is good. core exercises are good but you have to let your abdominals heal. sometimes they separate during pregnancy.0

You can't spot lose weight. You just lose weight and where it comes from is where it comes from.0

Nope, they may help with abnominal/core strength (some), but they won't spot reduce the area. The body burns fat from wherever it wants, no matter the exercise, with the midsection usually being one of the last places. You can do 10,000 crunches a day, but if you have fat someplace besides the midsection to use, your body will most likely take from there first. You need to reduce your overall BF%.
Diet (reasonable caloric deficit) + Work (cardio and compound strength training) + Patience = Your Goal. You can get to your goal weight with just caloric deficit and patience, but you may not like what you see when you get there if you don't add in the Work.0 -

Actually the best core exercise is the plank. Crunches can be really hard on your back and once again no exercise will spot reduce fat. You said you still have 63 lbs to go to your goal so once you lose that you may start to see abs.0 -
