hi,

i just joined today, and I am looking for other supportive people who need to lose weight on myfitnesspal who we can be mutually supportive.

    Hi and WELCOME!!
    You can add me if you want. I will be here for a long time. I am very dedicated and am that bright eyed busy tailed type of person. I am married and am I have a 22 month old baby ( I am not ready to say he is almost 2 years old.)
    I am addicted to this app. I like to go on the night before and plan my day.
    I am not able to do large chunks of time for exercise, so I break it up to three-four blocks of time through out the day.
    10 - 20 minutes in the morning.
    30 hr on my lunch ( I am very lucky that I can do this)
    20-40 minutes at night
    and sometimes another 10-20 minutes in the evening.
    I literally add EVERYTHING that I eat. I don't cheat on myself.
    Have fun with it. Work out smarter and not longer.
    Enjoy the small things. Look forward to the next pound lost, don't disappoint yourself with large goals. I also like to do the measurements, I show a HUGE change in the first month in my measurements when the scale was being a bit slower.
