Critique my food diary please?

Hello, I am looking for some advice on todays food diary! Up until this point I just used a pen and pad to jot things down but today was the day I actually used the food log here for the first time. Any advice or suggestions on how to make my diet better?? I lost a boat load of weight, now I am looking to bulk up and build me some muscles!!! :smile:

    You could have replaced those sodas with shakes for double the calories.

    Otherwise, it looks about right.

    I didn't really need too. McDonalds and Walmart are like peas and carrots.

  • Well it says if every day were like today I would gain 80 pounds in 5 weeks. Is that good??? How much of that do you think would be muscle? FYI I am 5'7, 130 pound female, 33 years old. I just started lifting weights!!
