Hi guys, anyone able to suggest a programme to start working out again? Not exactly a beginner but not fit either! I've heard of things like insanity and turbo but not sure what they are, if they work for people etc. Anyone care to shed some light? Thanks!

This may be a stupid question, but what do you mean by pele? Also I have a couple of recommendations, I would not consider myself a beginner but not super advanced but I can keep up with many videos (sometimes I do stop for longer then they recommend.)
I am absolutely in love with Amy Dixon's Breathless Body (Number one as I have not got the number two dvd), I add it as a cardio to my routine. It is HIIT training tabata style, she is so approachable and on facebook, has her masters in nutritional science. AND BEST PART she actually does the entire exercise with you and motivates you instead of going around and harassing the people in the back lol.

I would also recommend Jillian 30 Day Shred, I am not a huge fan of it but it can get you in to the groove of things.0

Haha, I'm sorry! Autocorrect must have changed " people" to "pele"! Sounds great though, will definitely check it out. Hoping they'll have it here in Australia.0 -
I started with some beginner's yoga and 30 day shred and as my body got stronger, I worked my way up to harder stuff. I used to be athletic before I gained weight, but I have some injuries to my lower back and shoulder, and hadn't worked out in years, so I started very slowly. My view was, even if I did 10 minutes of something, that was still more than sitting on the couch would've done for me! LOL And as my endurance went up, so did my workouts. Now, I'm halfway through Body Revolution, which is a 90-day program, and starting to jog too. Try a few different things and see what works for you.0
