I have got talking to a couple of people who are in England or indeed the rest of the UK, just wondered how many more of us there are out there?

Find it frustrating sometimes when I start reading someones post that I think may be relevant, only to find they live in America!! (Nothing against the Americans you understand!!)

    Hi, I'm from Reading in the South East. I know what you mean about seeing something then realising it's not relevant/available to us in the UK. A lot of my MFP friends are international and I am always seeing exciting things in their food diaries then realising it's all from 'Trader Joes'....whatever that is?!

    So if any of you lovely UK people want a pretty active and encouraging new friend from 'dahn sarfff' please feel free to add me :)

    Just been on holiday and seen some of the holiday photos. YUK!!! :sick: I cant WAIT to lose some of these excess lbs... Just need the motivation to get up and go to the gym each morning, anyone want to come with me at 6.00 am????:grumble:
