I started this process at the end of May. I've been loosing weight at a steady pace. I am down about 25lbs. I have not lost any more weight in the last 4 weeks. I'm still maintaining my daily calories and activity. How do I get my system back to loosing again?

Open your diary. Also since losing weight have you re-calculated your calories? You will not be able to keep eating the same amount, you should be re-calculating at least every 10 lbs lost. The more weight you lose the less calories you will be able to eat and the more activity you will have to do to burn the same number of calories.0

If you are recalculating your calories (MFP asks you to do it every 10 lb anyway)... and eating less, there are a couple possibilities.
Eating a big meal day (like 200-400 calories over your daily limit) has helped me. I often go under my daily calories by 100-200, so adding in a day where I'm over a couple times a month is good to help reset your system.
If that's not your problem, you may need to eat a bit less and/or exercise more (for more time or more intensely).
You may also have just slowed down. How often do you weigh yourself? If you're only losing 1/2 to 1 lb a week, and weighing weekly or bi-weekly, you might have lost weight and not noticed.
You should also measure your body fat % if possible, and definitely measure your inches (waist, belly, torso). I had a couple slower weeks (not stopped, but I'm definitely slowing down after the first 25 lb) but I also lost 2" at my waist, 1.5" at my belly and 1" at my torso.0 -
If you would open your diary that would be helpful for people to try to help you. Usually when you hit a plateu something needs to change. You either need more calories or a different workout. Or you need to clean up your diet.0

Open diary so we can get an accurate picture of all you're doing to lose weight.0 -
Are you weighing your food with a digital scale?0

First let me thank you all for responding.
I have opened my diet log for you.

9:00 am .....Snack
10:30am.... Snack
12:00 noon. Lunch
2:00pm...... Snack
3:30pm.......Snack
5:30pm.......supper

I weigh my self every 3 weeks. This time I weighed myself 2 week later still no change. I have updated my weight and recalculated my target calories.
I hope this helps0 -
It's pretty normal to stall at some point. That being said, make sure you weigh all your food, some of your entries seem inaccurate (like half a cup of chicken or 'bread' or 'cheese' - all cheeses/bread don't have the same amount of calories).0
